Hi, I'm Cassie — a photographer, painter, and web designer based in Nashville.

I first became inseparable from my camera in middle school yearbook class, and it's been a tool for connection ever since — a way to highlight what makes a person or place special. When you don't share a language or history with someone, a smile is often the best connector, and a camera can deliver that.

Folk art pulls me in for similar reasons — the wildness of the outdoors, the scrappy, handmade spirit that runs deep here in Nashville. It's art that doesn't wait for the "right" supplies. It just makes something honest out of whatever's around.

That same eye for detail carries into my web design work, too — I believe the best work is made by hand, with care you just can't fake.
